Good to know, before you book
My goal is a serene environment where you can fully relax and enjoy your service with minimal distractions. These simple policies protect your time and mine, so every appointment runs smoothly.
Scheduling
Appointment requests through this site are my favorite way to book, and I confirm every one personally. Questions? Call or text me: my business phone is a cell, and texting is welcome. For a last minute appointment inside 48 hours, call or text and I'll make every effort to fit you in. After hours appointments are available on request, with a fee starting at $25.
Certain services require a deposit, which can be paid online when we confirm; deposits are generally non-refundable. All services require a signed consent and waiver form, for your safety and protection.
Cancellations & lateness
Please give me at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Inside that window, a fee of 100% of the scheduled service may be charged, though I may apply it as a full or partial credit toward a future service, at my discretion.
Running late? I hold a 15 minute grace period. Call and text me as soon as you can. Beyond 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be cancelled and any deposit forfeited, so everyone's day stays on track.
Permanent makeup clients
For microblading, please schedule your perfecting touch-up six to ten weeks after your first session to avoid additional charges; occasionally a third session within the same window is needed for the best result. For safety and focus, no one under 18 can accompany you to a permanent makeup appointment.
In the suite
Pets aren't permitted in the salon under state board regulations, though service animals are warmly welcome. I also ask that you keep phone use to a minimum during most services, so you get the full, relaxing benefit of your time with me.
